Through hypnosis sessions you are assisted to focus your awareness inward, letting your subconscious mind assist in your healing or desires for behavioral change.How Hypnosis Works:

You may ask, "Can hypnosis work for me?" The subconscious mind determines who you are, how you respond, and what you believe. Since only 10% of the mind's resources are available in the conscious mind, the remaining 90% is controlled by the subconscious mind, which oversees our body functions, automatic behaviors, habits, and autonomic patterns. The subconscious mind has a direct link to the body so body changes can happen easily using hypnotic suggestions.

Most people can be hypnotized easily. Through hypnosis, we can focus your awareness and access this 90% to directly seek results in your body and mind that originate from the subconscious. Use hypnosis to eliminate negative or unwanted habits; facilitate the learning process; improve memory and concentration; develop self-confidence; eliminate stage fright; improve athletic abilities; and for other social, educational, and cultural endeavors of a non-medical nature. Hypnosis helps with releasing fear and stress from your life and achieving your goals.

Hypnosis is a voluntary act:

All hypnosis is really self-hypnosis. You can only be hypnotized if you want to be. The hypnotist can not control you or make you do anything you do not wish to do. Anyone of average or above intelligence and the ability to follow instructions can be hypnotized.

Sometimes people confuse what happens on stage or TV hypnosis shows with what happens in a private hypnosis office. In the private office, hypnosis is used to benefit you and is not used for entertaining others. The hypnotist gives positive, affirming suggestions and you are treated respectfully during the sessions.

Hypnosis Fees:

First session (approximately 1 1/2 hours): $75.00

Additional sessions (1 hour): $55.00

Smoking cessation package is $200.00 Nila offers a two session package for Smoking Cessation.
- The first session lasts 1 1/2 hours. Come in on the day you plan to quit for the first session. The completion session (second session) is scheduled approximately one week after the first session. Note: If you haven’t quit smoking by the end of the second session, you may schedule up to two return appointments at no additional charge within three months from the date of the first appointment to complete your smoking cessation process.
